To claim a local shipment, open the ShipHike app.
Navigate to the main menu (click the three lines in the top left corner) and then click Driver Hub.
From there, type in a destination into the box that says "Where do you want to go?" Once you've done this, you'll be able to see all available shipments near you.
Tap on one of the gray pins to view more information about the shipment such as photos, description, pickup and dropoff locations, and more.
If everything checks out, click the green button at the bottom that says "Claim for $XYZ"
Once you claim a local package, you must leave immediately for the pickup location. With that, as soon as you claim a shipment, click "Start Route" on the Driver Hub screen. This alerts the customer that you're on your way and enables live tracking.
If this is your first shipment, expect a timely call from someone on the ShipHike team to walk you through how to proceed.
